Blood in Lamb's liver

    Do you need to cook lamb's liver until it is not pink at all and has no blood?

    No, at least I don't and it hasn't killed me yet.

    If you cook it until it's not pink at all it will be quite leathery.
    Pink in the middle is the way to go and a small amount of blood won't harm you.

    Soak them in milk overnight before you cook them. That'll get rid of the blood, but they should definitely be cooked rare as poss
