if you read it it says.
That’s why the Army tests your fitness as part of the selection process. You’ll be put through your paces with several strength tests as well as a 1.5-mile run. It’s nothing to worry about and you don’t need to be super-fit to pass, but you can boost your chances if you do some training first. Use the link below to access our free interactive training programme, exercise simulator and practical safety guide to help you get started.

From memory, its 1.5 miles (bleep test I think) in 10.5 mins.
42 Push up (21 for women) in 2 mins.
50 sit ups in 2 mins (legs held I think)

I heard that push-ups and sit-ups have been removed though heaves (chin-ups) still remain.

The info you are looking for is here.

Well, they are in in a way.

They aren't measured against time, but on my selection there was a 1 hour gym session. A lot of push ups, sit ups, squats, lying leg raises, crab push ups... And you do far more than 2 minutes worth of each.

They say that it isn't a measured/assessed module, but it's an easy way to impress!

Aye, I actually noticed the sit-ups and push-ups from the gym session on the ADSC videos up on youtube.
