I got a free subscription to the Full Potential online running club (apparently worth £20/month) with a pair of runners from Sweatshop. Signed up last night by giving them my current pb's & a (rather aspirational!) goal for the Berlin marathon in Sept. Next step is that they send me a personal training plan I think. This is the blurb from the site:
We want you to ‘Be a Better Runner`. We want you to enjoy your training and run your best on race day. So whatever your fitness level or your experience, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned campaigner our Runclub schedules will ensure you have the right training, information and support and hit your goal.
    • Personal weekly training plan
    • Expert coach assessment
    • Fortnightly webcasts
    • VIP members forum
    • A review and advice on your current training
    • Video tutorials

Just wondering if anyone had any experiences with them?
