Hi i have applied for rent allowance at least 3 month ago,after 2-3 weeks they send me that they need some more proof, so i send it,after week they asked some other documents, wich i send them. and it's taking so long, finally i think they got everything they need, but my question is does thoes 2 months count ? will they…

Maybe someone had the same situation.

Hi Kristine,

Yes the same thing happened to pay I was waiting for months for my payment to come through there was always more stuff to send to them. But don't worry you will get backdated all the money from the date you first applied for rent allowance
