    I came across this article online that might be of interest to people here. It's a breakdown of the costs of running the (public) Big Blue Bus in Santa Monica, CA. It's nowhere near the scale of Dublin Bus (they only have 125-140 buses) but it might give people an idea of the relative costs.

    Interesting but very hard to compare as ''BBB operates 125 natural-gas powered buses''.
