Don't be staying up since you have exams until 16:30!

You will be wrecked, you won't perform your best without sleep!

Go to bed and get up at like 6 or stay up a couple of hours later and get up about 8.

Don't be stressing too much, you'll do grand :)

I am going to stay up pretty late- as late as I can, really. I've got enough sleep for every other exam but I have so much to do for Biology. It's my last exam so I can just totally crash afterwards anyway!

Just don't tell my mother :P

    Get off now.

    Study Biology until 1.

    Go to bed.

Get up at 6. Study Art until 8.

Get ready and go. (Bring red bull or caffeine tablets!)

You'll be wrecked for the actual exam! Getting a good nights sleep will actually give your brain a chance to retain anything you tried learning.

The ones that have a biology exam and are thinking about not sleeping don't seem to know much about how the brain works I'm assuming. :)
In simple terms, during sleep is when you are actually learning what you've learned during the day. The brain stores all the information and it "arranges it" you could say.
It's like if you are looking for something in a really messy drawer for example. It's much harder to find it than if it were arranged in order.

    Oh jesus.

    Ok. Bed at 11.30

    Up at 3.00?

    Votes?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 436 ✭✭Meller

Yep, might stay up til four-fiveish at least, then sleep til eight. Last exams, so...

Know nothing for either right now and I was hoping they'd be my As. Erm, if I pull this off tonight I might still manage Bs.

IMO it's better to stay up as late as possible and get up just before you need to go. Personally I just don't get a thing done in the mornings. The time feels too limited.

For people who have exams on Friday, I wouldn't advise it. But if it's your last exam? You can get away with one day with very little sleep.

I sincerely wish Osmosis worked with paper and ink right now ,
That way I could sleep on a chapter
or bang my head against a book

technically banging your head would probably require energy.. so that'd be active transport... :D

You will not achieve or learn anything for the next few hours. You will only be doing yourself damage. Go to bed and wake up around 5 or 6 if you need to cram.

As my mam used to say: "An hour in the morning is worth 3 at night"
