    Hi

I need to get my car service so was wondering are Atlas any good?
there charging 150 euro seems a good price.
Anyone have any problems with them?

A very well respected poster on here, NissanDoctor is a mechanic in the Drumcondra branch I think. From previous threads they seem a reputable outfit. I have no first hand experience of them though.

if your just looking for a basic service..oil and filter change, then there is a crowd near UCD that do it while you wait, they charge about 75 euro...If your car needs fully synthetic oil, don't go there though..I'd imagine they just use cheap stuff.

they are called 'mechanic on duty'

I pass by it everyday, looks like a good idea and a nice simple setup that they have.

totally agree, great idea. I doubt these guys are mechanics, they are just handymen that can do a lube service, hence the price is good. Fair play to them, I'd say they are doing well...I would be hesitant to use them for the like of a golf gti or another car that requires a specefic oil type, as I would be unsure if they would actually stock it.
