The first DART passes Blackrock at 0605 and will have you at Pearse Station for 0619. From there you can walk it in 15 minutes. The next DART is at 0635 from Blackrock, getting to Pearse for 0649.

By bus the only option is the first bus that leaves Dalkey at 0520. It then goes via Ballybrack, Shankill, Louglinstown, before following the 7 route into the city (with a short diversion via Donnybrook).

At a guess I would say this bus passes Blackrock around 0545-0600.

Ring Donnybrook Garage on 01-7034420 and ask for the 7 controller and they might be able to give you a more precise time for when it passes Blackrock.

Get off at either Mount Street or Clare Street and walk from there.
