So firstly, whats the difference between S-Off and S-On? Simples :) Second, Is all this hype about Htc Sense 3.0 coming to Desire S and Wildfire S true? And if so is there word on when? Thanks :)

S-On = locked bootloader , unable to root device & unable to flash custom roms etc.

S-Off = unlocked bootloader , able to root device & able to flash custom roms etc.

Re. Sense 3.0 , rumours are that some elements of Sense 3.0 may officially come to Desire S .

If it doesn't happen officially , a custom rom should do the trick
