    Hi,

Can you post details of your most recent purchase of Whey Protein including flavours, size, source and use by dates. This should help people when buying in bulk to minimise delivery charges and/or take advantage of bulk buy discounts.

My most recent order was from myProtein. The 5kg bags of Chocolate Smooth Whey Concentrate had a best before date of November 2011 and the 2.5kg of Strawberry Cream had a best before date of March 2012.

Myprotein 5kg raspberry November 2011 BBD, I hate previously bought a 5kg Strawberry with January 2012 BBD.

I can't understand why I should have to pay the new prices for old stock. I e-mailed myprotein looking for an explanation but got none.

I won't be purchasing of them again. Replying to a customers e-mail is the least you expect from an decent customer service.

    Use BulkPowders.co.uk guys!

Their protein lasts about a year+ before it goes out of date.

And the prices are almost the exact same as myprotein.com

Dairies put a use by date of 12 months onto their whey.

Realistically this is as good as you are going to get.

Keith - I would imagine they sell far more strawberry than raspberry hence they blend the strawberry in house far more often.

I have two bags of MP whey. The strawberry lasts till March 2012 but the vanilla lasts till November 2011. Both were made in May according to the bags.

I assume they came from different suppliers as the vanilla one has bad mix ability and feels different compared to the strawberry. TBH, I'm sick of pouches and overseas couriers so I'll probably just buy ON Whey at retail when these are finished.

I never take my Protein direct from the pouches. I use a soup ladel and fill my empty Dymatize 5lb tub with myProtein whey from the pouch. I'm just paranoid that I'll tip the pouch over at some point and spill everything everywhere :D

Do you need to buy tubs and scoops like on the MyProtein site?
