the Hackett harrow is a good design however the the frame is very poorly finished and rusts very quickly , also if getting any rough treatment the tynes open and fall out out place

been there done that and for the record I found John****'s after sale's service left a lot to be desired

I am thinking bout getting a 'Fleming' Chain harrow. Anyone got any comments on them? Good or bad. Have only seen pictures of them. Bout 650 euro for 8 foot. Sounds reasonable.

Athlone road just outside the town

8ft mounted is 1,000 inc vat but a 10ft is better value at 1400 inc vat . 10ft folds up to 8ft wide, with a heavier frame than a flemming harrow, thats gussed plaed in each corner. If your coming for a mounted , please ring before hand as i would like to check that i have one assembled and ready to go .

I'm thinking of buying a chain harrow. For those above that bought one of the Hackett ones from Johnson in Longford, how did they work out?
I see they have heavier 5/8" bar ones now. Hackett Ranger they are called.
    Anyone buy one of these?
