Im a student nurse and I work normal nursing hours. Im looking to start an exercise class - Pilates or Boxercise or something to help get fit and tone up - but Im not guaranteed to be off on the same day every week. Does anybody know any good classes in the Dublin/Kildare area that are week to week or that have classes that are on a few nights during the week and are flexible with participants? Any info would be helpful!

Something to also consider might be kettlebells.

    Have a look at
I am sure that there are other KB class locations around.

This is something that you could also do at home once you get comfortable with the moves and if you picked up a kettlebell for yourself :)

For some inspiration, check out this young ladies (Marianne's) blog. She is a staff nurse in a cardiac ward in a Belfast Hospital, so also has to work around a typical nurses shifts. She shows routines based on kettlebells and body weight exercises, which can be done at home and is in fantastic shape.
