Anyone know what is the problem with an 03 mitsubishi colt, with an engine management light staying on in the dash? and how much to fix? Will it fail the NCT on this?

You'll have to get someone with a diagnostic machine to check your fault, it won't fail the NCT for an engine management light itself, but it *could* mean a fail on the emissions test.
