    Hi all

I have a couple of ipod 5th gens I use in various places (car, kitchen etc), which I wanted to update using iTunes.

I have the latest version, and it updates my iphone quite happily.

However, it does not recognise either of the ipods. Windows (XP) recognises them as USB devices, but they don't appear in My Computer.

I've tried resetting them and putting them into disk mode, but nothing.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for all assistance.

Ignore this, if you're not already. I went home last night, turned on the pc and all is well.
