Have just purchased an item from Physio Needs,Dublin, the quoted price on site was €22.00, when purchasing in shop I was charged €30.00. I was told that the pricing on web site was only available for online sales - where you are also hit with post & packaginh charges ! I have tried to call owner but he does not want to take the call ?? Please advise

You have no automatic entitlement to purchase an item at the advertised price. This falls under the concept of "Invitation to Treat".

The retailer is perfectly entitled to offer people an "online discount" if he so wishes.
