    All that happened was planning was approved.
    This does not mean its going ahead.

    The casino vrs private members club is still an issue here

    Very hard to see them making money, can't see enough business in that area.

    A 500-bedroom hotel that they'll never fill, an all-weather race course that will be competing with Dundalk and greyhound track aren't really going to attract thousands regularly.

    How are they going to be able to pay 2000 staff and recoup their 460m? Looks unsustainable and that's why it'll never be built.

    I really really hope you are wrong, but if im honest deep down I suspect you are right, or worse still it will be built and go to the wall within 12months.
