Hey guys for the last few weeks i have been using an app called 'my fitness pal' it lets you keep track of exactly how many calories you have taken per meal and has every brand name food type you can think of. When you first set up the app you input your details height, weight, goals etc and it works out how many calories you should consume. You keep track of your meals per day and total calories consumed and it shows how many you have left to take in that day.. You can also put in your activities and workouts and it will tell you how many calories you have burned. And its free so anyone with an iphone or android or smart phone should give it a look. It has seriously helped me stay focused and lost a lot of weight in a safe way. Yours in in Fitness Cheeky

Yeah there is a few apps a about.

Fitday and livestrong would be some of the popular ones.

I mainly used them to see was on track with my macro ratios. I know I'm on a deficit so don't bother filling in everyday.

Another useful app if you are not into measuring exact amounts of food is Noom, it has broad categories of food, and you put in a rough portion size, but at the end of the day, the calories it gives comes very close to Myfitnesspal.

It is excellent for things like tracking your workout, and will tell you exactly how far and fast you went, and what calories you burned.
