    I'm finishing up a temp job soon (6 month contract) how do I go about re apply for JSA ?

    Hi there,
    I know this is not the answer for ur question, but if u can advise me on this it would be great.
    but first, were u getting JA/Jb or SWA from health board and were u in receipt of rent supplement when u started ur 6 months contract work. I ask this b'coz i'm at present getting SWA and rent supplement from health board and i am abt to start a 6 month contract job. If you can guide me how do i go abt informing them, is it only social welfare or both social welfare and health board i should inform.

    If its a repeat claim you can download the form from http://www.welfare.ie/EN/Pages/jajbapplications.aspx its the UP6 that you need to download for repeat. Fill it up and go to your sw office.... try and get a letter from your employer stating that your contract is finished...you can hand in P45 at a later date when you get it.

    You need to let your community welfare office know that you are starting work. If you have a claim pending with SW you also need to let them know.
