Ipad transfer question

I've got a jailbroken iPad running 4.3 that I wish to sync/transfer to a new Itunes on my computer.

I had to format the drive last week and thus am basically starting again. What I would like to know is, will all my apps be transferred from my iPad into the new itunes library?

Also, I have some important documents on Goodreader and Pages, will these also be transferred or will I have to put them in manually?

    Thanks

I think your ipad would have to be erased to sync with your new itunes.

I think that may just be for Music & Movies.

If not, there are ways around it, but you need to know what the LibraryID of your old iTunes install was, though it may be possible to get this if you ssh into your Jailbroken iPad.

Of course, you can also install OpenSSH and WinSCP in, copying the data files from individual apps (such as Pages), copying those files back later after you resync.
