Dont think there is any that lead on to that in NUIG
Prob be better off doing the letterfrack course in GMIT:

But then again the major downside is you'll be in GMIT :p

The one in UL is the only course that you can do to get into that line of work? Why so adamant about Galway?

as earlier pointed out by IsThisIt,, there is a course in GMIT Letterfrack that allows you to teach construction studies. My brother is currently doing one of the woodworking courses in Letterfrack, and after he does a one year add-on to his 3 year course, he can do his h-dip and be a fully qualified woodwork teacher as well as a qualified furniture maker. So you can follow that route, do the direct teaching course in Letterfrack, or do the direct teaching course in Ul.

I haven't heard of any other way to become a qualified Construction teacher.

Sorry guys.. I should really research these things. I have the one in Limerick as my first choice. I didn't even see the one in Letterfack. I NOW WANT THAT ONE. WOW is all I can say. That is my kind of course in my kind of place. Love that side of the country.
It's amazing what you would miss in this CAO handbook. You can even get ab E in honours maths and still get in.
