Driving along, 9 year old in the back, add is on the radio, KitKat, if you find the red wafers you win €12,000. Son pipes up, I had one of them last week.
He said it was nice. He didn't know you could win a prize.

Take out a 12K loan. Then it will seem like you won it.

Invest in child labour, more to gain over child's life span

Wait until your son aces the Leaving Cert, and is looking forward to college, and becoming a doctor and reaping the rewards of years of hard work and study, and then say nonchalantly, "hey <insert son's name here>, remember that day you ate your college fund in the car. ahhhh, good times....."

Then remove any sharp objects from the vicinity.

Oh - He will never be let forget it.
It's in the family annals, a story to be told at all family gatherings, year in, year out.

Get him nothing for his Birthday and for Christmas.
Keep repeating this until you have saved €12,000 by not buying worthless presents.

    And no more Kit-Kats either....
