Since upgrading to Mozilla 4 I can no longer open my mail in eircom.net, or view my statements in aib.ie or view my account in upc.ie. All these are working perfectly in Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

You really should do a fresh install of Firefox 4. Uninstall it first and go to the Program Files folder on the C: and delete the Mozilla Firefox folder left over.

Install it from the Mozilla site and install it fresh. Preferences for add ons etc, will still be kept.

The problem could be an out of date plug in though and not Firefox.

Yea, Firefox 4 needs work, it will not work with Eircom e-mail, no one seems to know why, messy Thread from the Eircom Forum.

I can only assume that the other sites have the same set-up as Eircom and Firefox 4 as of yet don't support them!:rolleyes: Crazy.

You can revert back to the last version of Firefox here it's still supported or use one of the other browsers, Chromium, Opera, Chrome.

Don't use Internet explorer unless it's number 9.

Many thanks K-9 and Hal. This is my first time on boards.ie and I am very impressed. I used Hal's link to reinstall Mozilla 3 and everything is back to normal. Much appreciated.

It's Firefox. If you call it Mozilla, many folks will assume you're talking about the Mozilla suite (which lives on as SeaMonkey).
