Problem with Shower

Can anyone help me with this. Recently I had to get a new submersible pump fitted. Since then the shower is only lukewarm in spite of having it turned up to hottest. I had a similar problem with the last pump & I was advised to get a fitting to regulate the flow of water. I got the fitting and asked an electrician & he said it was a plumbers job. I then got a plumber & he told me it was an electricians job. Can anyone advise me, or where do I go from here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
    Bozo 25

You will have to tell us more. Is the sub pump pumping the hot and cold on the shower. From experience it only pumps the cold. In which case you might have a thermostatic shower fitted so it would be high pressure and would not open because the hot is not pumped.

Thanks for reply. Yes it pumps the hot & cold water. I had no problem when the shower was first installed but as I got more powerful pumps it started to have that problem.
