Hi guys/gals

First time using psStore today and everytime I try add funds this comes up grr!

it wont let me add funds even though my details are correct as they are exactly the same as when I use them for PayPal and other online retailers etc.

When I checked my CC acc it says Sony has taken 1€ on two separate occasions so my details are obviously correct! I'm baffled. Tried calling them but after being on hold for 20mins I hung up

Please help as CoD escalation is calling my name....
