Bought a set of Taylormade Burner Irons off this seller on EBAY. Clubs arrived, on the 2nd round of golf the head of the 5iron snapped off the club. I contacted the seller and they asked me for an email address so they could send on the invoice. I could use this and bring the club to a Taylormade stockist in Ireland and have them repair the club under the 1 year Taylormade guarantee.

I therefore opened a dispute via Paypal, through which I paid the seller. That was a week ago. I have contacted seller on a daily basis since then and recieved no reply whatsoever. I received notification this morning that Paypal have sided in favour of the seller. That is them finished with the issue.

Paypal have told me to contact my credit card company, which I used to pay the seller through Paypal. I purhcased from this seller as he has 99.8% feedback from over 10000+ transactions on EBAY.

The fact that he's not contacting me and sending me the invoice leads me to think the clubs are duds. Can anyone advise me how to proceed from here. I'm basically left with a broken 5iron, I'm unsure if the other clubs are genuine. Paypal have washed their hands of the issue. I haven't contacted EBAY. The seller wont respond.

    Any help/advice much appreciated.
