Two questions about a '97 Peugeot 106 1.4

My first question is pretty general. What would be the high pitched squealing sound on startup, lasting about 20 seconds or so, and also happens under sharp steering? Is is a belt, which one? or is it a bearing on a tentioner or something?

Second question; Do these cars have timing belts or chains ( 1997 Peugeot 106 XR 1.4)?

The noise sounds like an auxiliary belt worn or loose, if it makes the same sound on full steering lock then the power steering belt is the most obvious.

They are belt driven engines, due a change every 80,000 miles or 5 years.
