Anyone know if the pontoon is opening for visiting yachts as usual or restricted?

All boat owners on the Marinas at the moment have to have their boats off before 26th until the 4the july. Not pleasure craft allowed. Boat owners are going crazy over this. But off they must get.

aha - so anchoring up the river somewhere is the best plan I suppose. Any suggestions for good spots where a boat could be safely left overnite, but not too far in and out? Near Waterford Castle ferry maybe?
