Costume Jewellery Repairs????

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to someone who repairs leather costume jewellery. I have a lovely leather neck piece on which the decorative jewellery hangs but unfortunately the leather strings have broken is there anyone that could repair it for me or even tread the pieces onto something…

It has been repaired before in the butterslip, but now needs to be treaded onto something else.
