My front (headshock) suspension went on my Cannondale. Luckily I'm 2 weeks under a year since buying it. Should I have any trouble getting it replaced free of charge. Bought in Cycleways.

Just a suggestion but maybe you should call Cycleways and ask them?

I've had it serviced twice in the last 11 months. Once two months after purchase and then again about two months ago. They told me that the warranty would only hold if it's serviced every 150 days. Was wondering if people had similar experiences.

As for what's wrong – on any bump in the road I feel a hard jarring thud, instead of the usual smooth hop. Hard to explain – but feels awful :/

If its been serviced for the exact same fault twice then im sure they can only do this so many times before you are entitled to ask for a new replacement..

Sorry, the service wasn't for any faulty – just wanted it running well. This only happened this morning.

hmm...get cycleways to adjust the air pressure in the shock, could be too much in it

check with cycleways (after you have checked the 'dale website for their warranty) cycleways customer support leaves a lot to desired...

That's the other thing – they said they don't do repairs on these – would have to send it away for 3 weeks. I'll suggest looking at air pressure when I'm down there, thanks.

Air pressure is the easiest thing to check first...

If you still get no joy then contact OC Tuning, although they mainly service Fox Shox, I am sure they can also service Cannondale Headshox without the 3 week waiting period: http://www.octuning.ie/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=1&Itemid=55
