Cheap pitch and putt around D15, also golf clubs?

Looking for a good but also cheap enough pitch and putt around Dublin 15 / Meath area (Blanchardstown)? Also quiet enough on the weekends / evenings Also considering getting golf clubs, only starting out so should I look at buying second hand clubs or ?? And also where should I buy them from?

it has a decent driving range, think about 5 euro for 50 balls, the pitch n putt course is just behind the range. golf course itself is fine for a relatively cheap round.

check adverts.ie for 2nd hand clubs, you will get good clubs there.
