I bought one in Elverys, they had a selection of different types. I got a big one for around €25.

I got mine online here, if you don't have any luck in Elvery's

    hi

Got one recently in 'irish fit' recently - they had a good selection of different types. They are based in carrickmines but handy enough via m50 from lucan. [ see their website for directions]

If your in Lucan then Runworx in Liffey Valley probably have them as well. Think its Fonthill retail park where they are located.

i once had a foam roller but then got my hands - and legs - onto some wavin pipe, and havent looked back since. Alot tougher it is, not to be used too long on each tight spot either, but personally, i found it alot more effective than a foam roller!

If it's for your calves I'd recommend 'The Stick'

Tennis ball 3 for €1.99 in Tesco. I use a trigger point also, but the tennis ball is handy and portable

This is the one I have...

    http://store.tptherapy.com/The_Grid_Revolutionary_Foam_Roller_p/tpt-grd.htm

I have a quadroller and a TP all from the same crowd and I got them all in Irishfit.ie in Carrickmines.

I also got a "Stick" ...didn't find it (yet) as useful as the others. The quadroller is fantastic for the calves strangely!!!

Will need them all after the Wicklow 200 on Sunday!!

The Grid is a little it more expensive than a normal foamroller...It will not deform over time though
