dont be fooled by number dealer gives you for your car. look at the number which you will need to pay on top of your car.

example: the car you look to by is for sale for 10k ( you dont know it, value for dealer ), so dealer says - i give you 4k for your car! then the price of the car you look at costs 12k.

if you want a better deal - sell privatly.

The only important figure is how much it will cost you to trade up. All other figures are less important and appear fudged to look favourable to the customer.

BTW, no offence OP but if you plan to sell your car privately then the picture in your advert is very poor, it's a half cropped photo taken of the car at a poor angle. If would give me the impression that the seller is either clueless or doesn't have any interest in the item they are selling. A shame really as the car looks clean but a well presented advert including proper photos of the car gives a good first impression to a potential buyer.

On the lookout for something like this.

Have you had any problems with it? Any cooling issues? Wishbones ok?

What kind of miles was she doing; motorway or over and back to the shops?

    Any particular reason for sale?

    Cheers

Looks clean and shouldn't be too hard to sell privately, I would have thought? That will make you a cash buyer with scope for much better discounts when you come to buy from a dealer.

Also, any reason the car went for its last NCT 10 months late?
