I need recommendation on a place to buy decent bikes for kids in Cork. Prefer to purchase from Irish owned smaller store with good customer service.

Kids are girls aged 7 and 8 and want to get them pretty decent quality practical bikes that they will get a good few years out of.

Recommendations on bike made/models also would be great.

    Thanks!

I wouldn't know the best bike shop to cater for your kids' needs but it might be worth your while to have a look at Isla Bikes. They seem to come highly recommended by some of the parental users on here.

Try Blarney cycles, they are in with the driving range as you approach Blarney from the Mallow road side.

Try Douglas Cycles, I watched the fella in there spend a lot of time talking some parents through the best choice for Christmas presents.

All I wanted was a tube........
