    right click the zipped file, extract all.

    In itunes, file, add folder to library.

    it says its a windows media player (zip) so i assume its an mp3 or wma file in order to play the music?

    winrar isn't needed, its not a rar file,

    I'd say what is happening you are clicking on the zipped folder, and trying to right click extract from the music files (which is impossible). Or are trying to add the files to itunes without removing them from the zipped folder (also impossible)

    You need to remove the files from the zipped folder. There's lots of ways to do this, you appear a bit lost, so this is simpliest;

    Go to the folder where you downloaded the file,
    It should be named Lloyd Banks - Southsides Finest.zip (its icon will be a folder with a zipper on it)
    When you double click this you can see the contents (this is unzipping btw) here will be another normal folder named Lloyd Banks - Southsides Finest (regular icon), with all the 22 songs songs and 2 album images inside.
    Just copy the second normal folder, called Lloyd Banks - Southsides Finest, folder to your main music library, and add it with itunes.

    simples

    winrar is also a zip/unzipper, the op mentioned he has no option to unzip, and so i was offering an alternative program incase there was an issue with the built in one.

    Windows has a built in unzipper, win rar is good for big files, to to make them go where you want, but we are talking 1 folder here.

    I really doubt he had no extract all option, its built in to windows. I imagien he was trying to right click on the files themselves, and not the zipped folder (seeign as he wasn't even sure how to check the file extension)

    Obviously win rar will do it, I was just pointing out that its not needed and overly complicated.
