    had a 17" macbook pro smashed by a GF/ex GF in 2008 .... not nice !!! .... had to go off and buy a 13" the following day - so I could work !!

    Ah I'm sure he'd have no problem bringing her to court and getting money to buy new ones. Would probably be a drawn out procedure though. Judging by the Depth Of Field in the photos of he broken gear, he still has some functioning equipment.

    Have you tried taking a photo with it? It might be an interesting experimental result if it can be mounted! ;)
