Has anyone here done this course?
It says you don't need previous experience.. I have about 3 phrases lol.
Or would I be as well off doing a 10 week course in GTI?

A user in this thread in NUIG forum mentions doing it. Maybe PM them?

Who is this course intended for?
The Diploma in Spanish is designed for those who have little or no previous knowledge of the language and wish to gain Spanish language skills for personal or professional reasons.
    Sound like it could work?

Galway -> Spanish forum at some point.

Did you try posting in the NUIG forum? Someone might share some experience with you if they did it. More likely to find an answer there.

I haven't done the diploma but I did take a Spanish evening class for 1 term at GTI.

It was grand but very casual, not much progress was made over one term and the young Spanish girl teaching was a bit all over the place. I'd say if you really want to make progress try the diploma.
