Before i start im not from Kerry but still think this is a joke.

Liam Hayes was on Newstalks Off The Ball tonight discussing the weekends matches. He stated that Dublin have a better forward line than both Cork and Kerry. While he agreed that Colm Cooper and Declan O'Sullivan were 2 of the best 3 forwards in the country, the remaing Kerry forwards were "Grade B".

This has been going on for years now...I thought after all the well wishes (his admission) that Hayes got from Kerry folk during his illness that he would be a bit more"constructive " in his criticism (I mean analysis) of Kerry. I'm disappointed that Newstalk don't take him to task on his comments more and offer more balanced journalism.

He's a proper clown who and like any clown is only an attention seeker - not an analyst.

Why do they give this fool so much air time?
An attention-seeker to the highest degree

The comment on the Kerry forwards is about 26 minutes into part 2 of Tuesdays show.

I never liked Hayes as a player. I never liked his articles. Somethings never change.

Even as Corkman I have to admit that's utter bollix...all Kerrys forwards can score I bet if there was transfer market he love to have them for his county.

Never liked him as player either if honest.

3 posts in and there's only one way that this thread is going to go. Please see the forum charter re: the abuse of GAA players/pundits/officials.
