Where have the ex-employees of the Tribune ended up? The only ones I'm aware of are Michael Clifford writing for the Sunday Times, Shane Coleman presenting Breakfast on Newstalk & Malachy Clerkin contributing to Off The Ball on Newstalk.

    What about the rest?

Ian Guider is fronting business on Newstalk, Niall Callanan has moved to the Sunday Independent, Una Mullaly had her own show on da telly and has been contributing occasionally (perhaps regularly) to the Irish Times.

Miguel Delaney (soccer writer) - doesn't seem to have a newspaper, but doing a lot of freelance online work as far as I can see.

He was on VB last week when they were discussing Sepp Blaters re-election. He certainly impressed.

Any news what George Hook favourite radio reviewer Eithne Tynan is up to?

Very interesting thread - especially as the 2nd closure of the Sunday Tribune managed to pass me buy completely unnoticed! I was owed money the first time round. Can't say I miss it or indeed any other newspaper. :D

Drivetime on Radio 1 this afternoon had a report on where all the staff are now. Some afre freelance, some are working for the Mail. They all seemed to be doing something anyway.

She's also been contributing to The Dubliner a lot lately too.
