I bottled my first batch (coppers larger) axnd have bought their wheat one for my second batch.

I didnt get any yeast with this batch, can anyone recommend one to get?

I also want to experiment with this batch so want to add lime and vanilla, how do I do this and at what time do I add them?

I also want to do a smaller batch (wheat, lime and vanilla) in a Demi John with a south African herb In it. How do I get the syrupy stuff for the smaller quantity?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated

    Will

If you wanna add vanilla you could add extract at bottling (bout 50 to 60ml for 20L batch, easy to over do it apparently). Sometimes vanilla pods are added for secondary fermentation but if ur doing a kit you probably wont be doing secondary fermentation. to add lime you could soak some zest in voldka for a week and add at bottling
