Need Snack Ideas

    Hi Guys,

Been going to the gym regularly for the past year now and getting good results but there are still some areas I need to improve in relation to the diet, particularly morning and afternoon work breaks/snacks.

My typical 5 day working week food diary looks like this:

Breakfast - Porridge, Glass of Water
Morning Break - Tea, Scone, Fairy Cake type thing
Lunch - Meat & 2 veg type dinner
Afternoon - Herbalife Protein Bar Before Gym, otherwise nothing
Evening - High Protein & Fibre e.g. Tuna, Eggs, Brown Bread etc
    - Herbalife Shake
    - 2 Pieces of Fruit

There is a decent canteen in work so the dinners are pretty good for the most part. There is always choice so I can go for the healthiest/highest protein etc

Anyway, it's the morning breaks and afternoons before the gym that I need ideas for.
Have to absolutely replace that tea and bun in the morning and I'm going too long in the afternoon without eating.

Any suggestions welcome. Gym and food focus is for lean muscle.

P.S. I know that my diet is probably nowehere near what it should be, but incremental changes works best for me! One step at a time!

How about hard boiled eggs, fruit, nuts, yogurt & berries, cottage cheese, nut butter w/apple, cheddar cheese w/apple or grapes, canned fish (esp sardines), raw veggies w/ nut butter, pate, egg muffins (receipe floating around here somewhere...). Just some ideas to get you started....
