My mother is travelling to Australia next Tuesday and has booked her flights through Expedia.com. She is flying from Shannon to Heathrow with Aer Lingus (who allow 20kg checked in) and from Heathrow on to Sydney then with British Airways (who allow 23kg checked in).

She is moving for a while so wants to take extra luggage over with her, so she'll be checking an extra 20kg for her trip. Who does she book this with? Is it through Expedia.com or through each Airline individually, as she has already booked the flights?
