I have moved to a apartment for several weeks. In these two days, the water heater does not work and I just want to ask if there are any technicians can give me a hand.

The heater is Coppercraft Phenoix 170L DIR with a timer control attached. These days when I switch on the timer control, the light of the timer is on and it continues to count down. However, the hot water is not available even after one hour of switch on in the pubic toilet. However, it still got hot water in one toilet which is in the ensuite.

Would there be any technician helps or anyone have experience this problem before? Thanks
