Envelope Stuffing

    Anyone know the going rate for envelope stuffing?

    Daughter has been asked to do a run of 1000 envelopes, insert single sheet, return envelope, stick on stamp and return address sticker.

    Has to be a scam surely?
    We have a machine (not terribly expensive) at work that does that. I'd be surprised if anyone got paid more than a cent or two an envelope for doing it.

    While there are machines for stuffing envelopes they vary greatly.. Basic ones are cheap enough and will stick a letter in an envelope but if you want to stick a few different items in an envelope ur gotta spend big bucks or do it by hand..

    I used to have to do this in my old job for marketing crap.. Mousemats, usb keys etc.. along with letters in an envelope.. Hated it, was part of the reason I left at the end.. Anyways, whoever wants her to do it obviously really doesn't want to do it so decide what you want to be paid, add a few quid and see what they say..
