Hi all,

My friend is planning a big 40th for her bf in July. She's hoping to find a castle type thing or big house that you could have about twenty people to the party with about 6-10 staying over. The numbers would be more flexible depending on location and the property. So far she has only found places that want you to take it for the week, or really upmarket which is out of her budget. Kitchen would be good but don't need to have b&b type thing.
