I'm looking to get a bike for commuting to work on the CTW scheme.

From reading the forums people recommended that you stick with one of the good brands, so with that in mind I've narrowed my choice down to these 2 bikes. Could you give me advice on which is the better bike? I'm extremely busy and don’t think ill even get to the bike shop to try it out so was just going to order online.
