I recently acquired gold circle status and have a couple of questions I can't find answered on the AL site.

Anyone know what time the Dublin lounge opens at ?

Do they allow children in the lounge ?

I noticed there is a "Gold circle / business class" check in desk in T2. Is this only for transatlantic ?

You can use Gold Circle to check in for any flight, not that it makes any difference to your flights within Europe!

Not sure about the lounge. I've never noticed kids in them, not sure if that's accident or design.

It makes a big difference if you've seen the length of queues at the general check-in / bag drop in T2.

For kids if you have 1-2 they usually don't mind them coming in if they are well behaved and not too noisy even I have seen babies in the lounge.

I usually issue death threats to my two if we ever have the time to spend in them.

It also can depend on the lounge and in Dublin / Cork they are a bit more lenient.
