I am just finished my third of humanities in St Pats in carlow. I did teaching experience as part of my course in for a hour twice a week I was with third and forth class I really enjoyed it. I do not have honours Irish. As I go into my forth and final year I am debating to go for primary or secondary teaching. I doubt if I will get the marks to do my Hdip in Ireland so I was wondering if anyone has any experience going across the water to do their year and how they went about it. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
