    I was quite happy to read this. Maybe it'll make the banks more carefull before they try to foreclose on people again. BTW how does a bank make that big a mistake, there were never any papers in the bank stating that the couple had a mortgage with them so how could they ever try to foreclose. In any case a good story..

    Worked for that shower of crooks it was MBNA first but when they took over they got rid of all the perks and bonuses, they deserve all they get

    Wouldn't be the first time a bank tried to foreclose on an asset they had no rights over. If they were to outright forge documents, that wouldn't be the first time either.
