Its a tape to put on the inside of a tyre?

Any bike should have it, just ask for rim tape. Velox brand comes as a roll so can be used with any size wheel, it has a mild adhesive on the back. Make sure you tell the the type of rim. Hybrid rims need wider tape, racing rims use narrow.
