hey,im after looking into it and i'm just curious as to wheter i could get a student travel card with my picture but another name on it? seems quite possible,they don't seem to be too strict,especially as they cant be used as id.

The form normally has to be stamped by your school or college prior to sending it off, so it would probably depend on how vigilant they were. Not sure why you'd want to though!
